Suitability
LilyAnne's Wellbeing are able to accept both self-referrals and referrals from a professional. To be referred into the service, people must be aged 16 or above.
The suitability refers to our mental health and wellness support, namely counselling, talking therapy and better wellbeing programme, one to one support and peer to peer support.
LilyAnne's Wellbeing will not be able to accept referrals for or from people who:

You must not be in crisis and unable to keep yourself safe or pose an imminent risk to themselves or others. (In this case you'll require urgent support)

We cannot work with people who won't engage in support or are willing to make the positive changes needed to progress.

Are having symptoms of Psychosis where the psychosis is the central part of the presenting issues

Are Drug or Alcohol dependent at the time of seeking Mental Health Support, we can support with drug and alcohol dependency before beginning well-being support..

We are unable to support people who are already open to and receiving treatment within Secondary Care Services.

Are currently an in-patient in hospital and receiving treatment for their mental health.

Will i be accepted for support?

We carry out a getting to know each other discussion this assess if LilyAnne's is the right fix for yoou based on our qualifications and skill set to support you.

If we are able to support you we will carry out a counselling assessment and start supporting you within an agreed time frame.

Sometimes if you're not ready for counselling we can support you by listening to you, providing advice and support with learning coping techniques and safety plans.

We'll share our rules, framework and processes with you and put a counselling contract in place.

If we are unable to support you we will ensure we are able to sign post you to the right service.
