Work has now been completed on Titan House, Hartlepool as LilyAnne's moves from it's Victoria Road base where it has been for seven years.
The new location of Titan House, York Road, Hartlepool will become the new charity HQ for LilyAnne's Wellbeing and will host the Hartlepool Health & Wellbeing Hub.
The new location opens on March 3rd 2025, with an official launch event announced for April.
The new hub will host LilyAnne's Wellbeing Cafe. support will no longer be delivered within the cafe it will be delivered within a separate area called the Hartlepool Health & Wellbeing Hub.
Trained counsellors and support workers will be on hand offering help when it comes to walk-in crisis support and low-level mental health support within Hartlepool, which will include peer-to-peer support, coffee mornings, groups and activities, one-to-one support, talking therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
LilyAnne's Wellbeing will be working with multiple partners to ensure people get the correct support they need when it comes to Mental Health and Loneliness.

We have now completely separated our Wellbeing Cafe and Support Hub so if you are just looking to enjoy a coffee, you can now pop in without support happening around you.
