Today is a super emotional day as we open LilyAnne’s Wellbeing Cafe for the last full day.
For those that still think we are just a coffee shop, thank you - you’ve helped us create a huge impact and legacy in Hartlepool as a Charity was born.
Over almost 7 years, we have lots of amazing memories here; we’ve loved, laughed and cried.
We’ve had lockdowns and lock-ins surreal days that should feature in a Netflix drama, as it only ever happens at LilyAnne’s. We’ve supported so many people when it’s really mattered to them.
We’ve helped people in crisis, those in emotional and physical distress, and those fleeing danger, and we’ve brought thousands of people together.
Here’s to one last flat white on Victoria Road, where it all began.
It’s not the end; we are growing and getting bigger and stronger, and we will continue to help and support the people of Hartlepool when it comes to Mental Health and Loneliness.
